Inception phase:
In this phase the business case, business context, success formula, success rate, market competitions, expected revenue and expenditures will be evaluated.
Elaboration phase :
In this phase the base line of the project starts and takes a basic shape. The architecture of the project takes place here in this step.
This phase must pass the life cycle architecture milestone by meeting the below requirements.
· A use case model where use cases and respective actors will be identified.
· Description of the software architecture in a software system development process.
· A development plan for he entire project.
In this phase even the project can not pass the life cycle mile stone, nothing will happen because we have time to change the design and architecture of the project. But after this phase any changes that are made have huge affect on the total architecture of the project and will be very difficult.
Construction phase:
In this phase lot of coding will be done and mainly focused on programming work. The external work of the project will be done. Mostly each use case will be done a s aseperate component to see the result.
Transition Phase:
In this phase the product will be moved form development environment to end users place. Here many activities take place such as training to the end user, beta testing, and all scenrios will be tested according to end user expectations.
